Gavin Jacobs is an attorney with William Weese Pepple & Ferguson’s employment litigation team. Gavin defends companies against employment claims, provides advice and counseling on a range of employment issues and training on best practices.

Gavin has defended clients in cases involving claims of gender, age, race, and disability discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, violation of public policy and related issues. He has extensive experience advising clients on the Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, and many other federal and state employment laws and public accommodations laws. Gavin has also represented companies in proceedings before the NLRB.

Gavin brings a depth of litigation experience to the team, having practiced as a deputy district attorney in Denver and Arapahoe Counties for five years, where he tried over 40 jury trials. In his role as a deputy district attorney, Gavin garnered a reputation for his ethical, professional, and vigorous representation of the state. Gavin graduated from the University of Denver law school in the top 5% of his class.
