Joel Drew is a member of Williams Weese Pepple & Ferguson’s Environmental and Natural Resources Practices. Joel’s practice is focused on environmental, permitting, and other regulatory matters affecting energy and natural resource companies. Joel helps clients navigate regulatory requirements, manage environmental risk, and obtain permits and approvals necessary to move forward with development projects, transactions, and day-to-day business operations. Joel has experience working under various environmental laws, including the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and other federal, state, and local laws.

Joel began his career as a municipal law attorney representing a wide range of governmental and public entities throughout Colorado and Oregon in matters involving capital construction projects, environmental compliance, public contracting, and public financing.
