Bronwyn is co-managing director of Williams Weese Pepple & Ferguson. She is also an experienced and practical employment attorney. Bronwyn represents national and regional employers in a wide variety of employment matters, including defending companies against employment-related claims, providing practical advice and counseling on a range of employment issues and training on best practices.
Bronwyn has defended clients in cases involving claims of gender, age, race, disability and national origin discrimination, sexual harassment, constructive discharge, breach of employment contract, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, unfair competition, retaliation, violation of public policy and related issues. She has extensive experience advising clients on wage and hour compliance and representing clients in large nationwide wage and hour class action litigation. Bronwyn has also represented companies in unfair labor practice charges, various NLRB proceedings, and in collective bargaining. She helps clients navigate, employment issues that arise in the context of mergers and acquisitions and she regularly works with clients to draft and review employment and executive agreements as well as employee handbooks and employment policies. Bronwyn works with clients to find practical approaches to complex employment issues.
