Joel Drew is a member of Williams Weese Pepple & Ferguson’s Environmental and Natural Resources Team. Joel’s practice focuses on environmental regulatory counseling, permitting strategies, rulemaking proceedings, and enforcement defense. He helps clients navigate complex state and federal regulatory requirements, manage environmental risk, and obtain permits and approvals necessary to move forward with development projects and day-to-day business operations. Joel has experience working under a wide variety of matters governed by the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, federal asbestos laws, and similar state environmental laws.

Joel began his career counseling public entities and private companies on a wide range of matters pertaining to local governance, including regulatory development and compliance, policy making, public works projects, and public finance transactions.
