Jordan has experience representing oil and gas companies, mining companies, renewable energy companies, Indian tribes, ski resorts, local and federal government entities, and infrastructure developers in regulatory compliance, enforcement, litigation, and corporate due diligence matters. He is particularly experienced with issues related to federal natural resources, public lands, and environmental statutes and regulations and has advised clients on issues arising under the National Environmental Policy Act, Federal Land Policy and Management Act, Endangered Species Act, Federal Oil and Gas Royalty Management Act, U.S. Forest Service law and policy, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and state and federal administrative law. Prior to joining Williams Weese, Jordan was an Attorney-Advisor in the U.S. Department of the Interior Office of the Solicitor and was an associate at a large law firm based in Denver.
