Mairead is a litigation attorney focusing on complex civil litigation in state and federal court. Mairead’s practice spans a wide range of industries including oil and gas, healthcare, financial services, hospitality, and non-profits. Mairead has experience with class action litigation, breach of contract claims, business torts, trademark infringement actions, and consumer protection actions. Mairead also advises clients on issues related to compliance with government regulations, including analyzing proposed and enacted laws.

Before joining Williams Weese Pepple & Ferguson, Mairead served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Regina Rodriguez at the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and to the Honorable Allison Eid at the Colorado Supreme Court. Mairead has been identified by Best Lawyers in America as “One to Watch,” and was a finalist for the Colorado Bar Association’s 2020 Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year award. Mairead is a graduate of UCLA School of Law.
