Real Estate

Noelle represents a wide range of clients on real estate transactional matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and real estate finance.  Her practice spans all types of clients, from large corporations to closely held companies and individual owners, with experience across all asset types, including residential, retail, office, industrial and multi-family properties.  During the course of her career, she has assisted clients with managing their retail, office and industrial portfolios, represented a world-class ski resort with various real estate needs and assisted a real estate fund focused on acquisition of properties with natural resource assets.  Noelle brings particular expertise to representing real property owners with respect to secured financing, including construction loans, CMBS loans and life insurance company loans.  Noelle also has extensive experience with real estate development projects, including city infill and redevelopment projects and large-scale ground up developments.

Noelle brings a positive approach and a practical business perspective to all matters, identifying the client’s key strategic goals and using creative problem solving, skilled negotiations and real-world solutions to navigate the resolution of difficult issues and achieve desired results.
