Denver, Colorado (January 13, 2016) – Lewis, Bess, Williams & Weese, P.C. is pleased to announce that David Ringelman has joined the firm as a Director and Shareholder, effective January 11, 2016.
David has over 20 years of experience representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, corporate counseling and other business and securities matters. He has worked with private equity clients and public and private companies in a variety of industries, including energy, industrial services, mining and technology companies.
David has represented clients in transactional matters both in the United States and internationally, including in Canada, China, Mexico, Norway and a number of other countries. In addition to his transactional experience, David has represented clients in initial public offerings, other public stock and debt offerings, venture capital financing, and public proxy contests. David has assisted clients in negotiating and documenting settlements to litigation and other business disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, David was a Partner in the corporate group at Bartlit Beck Herman Palenchar & Scott LLP in Denver for over 16 years. Prior to that, David practiced at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Baker & Hostetler LLP in Denver.
David received his J.D. from Yale Law School where he served as an Executive Editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation, and he graduated summa cum laude from Creighton University with a B.A. in Political Science. David is admitted to practice in Colorado.
