Energy and Environmental Attorney Carlos Romo Joins Lewis, Bess, Williams & Weese, P.C.

Denver, Colorado (February 2, 2017)- Lewis, Bess, Williams & Weese is pleased to announce that experienced energy and environmental attorney Carlos Romo has joined the firm.  “We are proud of our new addition,” commented co-Managing Director Zeke Williams.  “Carlos has outstanding skills in environmental permitting and natural resources litigation critical to our clients’ needs.” 

Carlos joins the Firm as counsel with the environmental, natural resources, and litigation practice.  Carlos previously practiced as a Senior Associate at the Austin office of an international law firm and has substantial experience assisting oil and gas, energy generation, Liquefied Natural Gas, local government, resort, and chemical and refinery clients with permitting and litigation matters.  He is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, has an undergraduate degree from Stanford University, and served as a Briefing Attorney to former Chief Justice Wallace B. Jefferson on the Texas Supreme Court. “I am thrilled that Carlos joined us,” said Director Steve Imig, “our energy and environmental permitting and litigation services are outstanding and Carlos’ skillset is a terrific complement. I look forward to introducing him to our clients.”
