Denver, Colorado (February 9, 2018) – Lewis, Bess, Williams & Weese P.C. is pleased to announce that it promoted Lee Fanyo to the position of director and shareholder, effective January 1, 2018. Lee joined the firm in 2012 after serving as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Justice Allison H. Eid on the Colorado Supreme Court.
Lee advises public and private companies and their management on mergers, acquisitions, financing and similar matters. During his career, Lee has participated in several billion dollars of M&A and finance transactions.
