Lee Fanyo promoted to Director of Lewis, Bess, Williams & Weese P.C.

Denver, Colorado (February 9, 2018) – Lewis, Bess, Williams & Weese P.C. is pleased to announce that it promoted Lee Fanyo to the position of director and shareholder, effective January 1, 2018. Lee joined the firm in 2012 after serving as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Justice Allison H. Eid on the Colorado Supreme Court.

Lee advises public and private companies and their management on mergers, acquisitions, financing and similar matters.  During his career, Lee has participated in several billion dollars of M&A and finance transactions.

Lee is an active contributor to the Denver legal community who regularly writes and speaks about emerging issues in corporate M&A and energy transactions. “Lee’s combination of business and law firm experience make him one of the premier young transactional attorneys in the region, especially when representing energy clients,” said Co-Managing Director Zeke Williams. “We are fortunate to have Lee as a member of our team.”
