Williams Weese Pepple & Ferguson is excited to announce that Mairead Dolan joined the Firm as a litigation attorney on November 7, 2022.
Prior to joining Williams Weese Pepple & Ferguson, Mairead served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Regina Rodriguez at the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the Honorable Allison Eid at the Colorado Supreme Court. Mairead also spent four years as a litigation associate in the Denver office of a national law firm.
Mairead’s practice focuses on complex litigation in state and federal court. Mairead assists a wide range of industries including oil and gas, healthcare, financial services, hospitality, and non-profits. Mairead has experience with breach of contract claims, business torts, trademark infringement actions, class action litigation, and consumer protection actions. Mairead also advises clients on issues related to compliance with government regulations, including analyzing proposed and enacted laws.

Mairead has been identified by Best Lawyers in America as “One to Watch,” and was a finalist for the Colorado Bar Association’s 2020 Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year award. Mairead graduated from UCLA School of Law in 2016. Mairead received her Bachelor of Arts in English from UC Davis.
