- Administration of decedents’ estates, including probate matters, asset transfers, and post-mortem estate planning (e.g., disclaimers)

- Marital planning, including marital and cohabitation agreements
- Representation before the IRS with respect to gift, estate, and income tax audits, appeals, and litigation
